These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spotlix Drywall Studio at spotlix.bond (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
2. Access and licenses
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for your personal or team’s internal training, subject to any time limits noted at checkout.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute, or publicly display course content without permission.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share login credentials.
- Do not upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property, or harass others.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 7 days when less than 25% is completed. Live or blended sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior.
5. Disclaimers
Training content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or employment. Always exercise professional judgment and follow applicable codes and safety regulations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotlix Drywall Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual property
All content and trademarks are owned by Spotlix Drywall Studio or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Changes
